Ginkgo leaves have always fascinated me, especially their shape. The leaf looks like a delicate hand fan, with intricate veining unlike any other tree. I recently learned that Ginkgo trees are among the oldest surviving species on Earth - true living fossils.
In autumn, they often shed all their leaves in a single day when the weather turns cold, leaving a golden carpet on the ground. I had never seen their brilliant yellow leaves before, and when I discovered these, I couldn’t resist capturing their beauty in the evening sunshine - a golden glow caught on paper.

CERTIFICATION: Each print is accompanied by a certificate of edition.
PRINT: Giclée Archival Art Print, 100% Cotton, Hahnemuehle Photo Rag Paper using pigment based inks to create durable archival prints with exceptional quality.
WHITE BORDER: We include a white mounted border in the 30x40cm framed image - and include a small white border on any unframed Print ONLY image.
FRAME: Smooth white finish. Archival, 100% Acid free, Quadrum picture frames are made in Germany from FSC®-certified wood. The wood comes from sustainably managed forests that meet the criteria of the Forest Stewardship Council. Corners are glued and pinned. The frames are also equipped with an acid-free insert and a sturdy rear panel. Arrives ready to hang.
GLASS MATERIALS: The 30x40cm frame window is made of edge-ground float glass with a UV filter of approx 45%. For the extra large sizes of A1, 60x80cm and 70x100cm we use a very high quality 3mm clear acrylic to prevent damage during transit.
